These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MatchMind application and website at matchmindhq.com (the "Service"), operated by MatchMind Tech LLC ("MatchMind," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
MatchMind offers data-driven analysis, statistics, and informational predictions related to sports matches. The Service may display probabilities, projected scorelines, market comparison data, team statistics, and similar content. All such content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

You may create an optional account to use certain features. Account information is stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service may offer paid subscription features. If offered through a mobile app store, subscriptions are billed through that app store's in-app purchase system and are subject to its terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the app store's procedures. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. Except where required by law or app store policy, fees are non-refundable.

The Service, including its design, software, text, and branding, is owned by MatchMind Tech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Sports data is provided by third-party data providers and remains subject to their rights.
The Service relies on third-party data sources for sports information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and are not responsible for it. The Service may also link to or operate alongside third-party platforms (such as app stores), which have their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchMind Tech LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any losses related to reliance on predictions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatchMind Tech LLC and its members from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan, to the extent permitted by law.
