This Privacy Policy explains how MatchMind Tech LLC ("MatchMind," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the MatchMind application and website at matchmindhq.com (the "Service"). We have designed MatchMind to collect as little personal information as possible.

The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
Account information you choose to provide. If you create an optional account, you may provide your name, email address, and a password. This information is stored locally in your device's browser storage to enable features like saving favorites and prediction history. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
App activity stored on your device. Your favorite teams, saved predictions, and app settings are stored locally on your device so the app can remember your preferences. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data or using in-app controls.
Technical information. When the app retrieves live match data, your device communicates with our backend server, which may process standard technical information such as your IP address and request data for the purpose of delivering the requested information and maintaining security. We do not use this to build personal profiles.
We use the limited information described above to operate and improve the Service, provide the features you request, respond to your support inquiries, and protect the security and integrity of the Service.
MatchMind relies on third-party data providers to deliver sports information (for example, live fixtures, statistics, and related data). When the app fetches this information, requests are routed through our backend to these providers. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We share only what is necessary to retrieve the requested sports information and do not share your account details with them.
If and when MatchMind offers paid subscriptions through a mobile app store (such as Apple's App Store), payments will be processed by the app store provider using their in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Any payment information you provide is handled by the app store provider under their own privacy policy and terms.
Because account and activity data are stored locally on your device, you remain in control of it. You can delete your saved data at any time by using in-app controls (such as clearing history or signing out) or by clearing your browser/app storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes locally stored information.
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and because account data is stored on your own device, keeping your device secure is also important. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information is handled in accordance with this Policy and U.S. law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
